In doing some testing to see if I could retrofit to the actual field, it's hard for me to get teams like Syracuse and Vanderbilt in the tournament without getting Florida in as well. Similar profile.

Kansas State was not close in my system. The elo rating (106th) and RPI (90s) disqualified them. They were obviously a decent team -- 41st in the T-Rank -- but just didn't get the wins. They went an incredible 1-15 in what I call "tournament quality tests" : http://www.barttorvik.com/qrank.htmBart Torvikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13661031240106200076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7992272584755113776.post-10523455857957063742016-03-15T15:01:52.429-05:002016-03-15T15:01:52.429-05:00I have St. Mary's (CA) as the worst snub also....I have St. Mary's (CA) as the worst snub also. What does T-Rank think of Florida and Kansas State? I've got them as "snubs" as well -- they're two teams that have lots of reasonable losses to good teams. The Committee always undervalues road losses.Scott Turnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03393071448515738228noreply@blogger.com
